These documents, held by West Glamorgan Archive Service, show a programme for a 1909 game where Wales beat Ireland 18-5 in Swansea! It’s certainly more impressive than an Instagram lineup…. Dros ganrif yn ôl ym 1909, curodd Cymru Iwerddon 18-5 yn Abertawe. Mae'r rhaglen hon, o gasgliadau Wasanaeth Archifau Gorllewin Morgannwg, yn edrych yn wahanol iawn i'r lluniau Carfan Cymru a welwn heddiw ar y cyfryngau cymdeithasol! Pwy sy'n gyffrous i Bencampwriaeth y Chwe Gwlad ddechrau? (See English Translation Below) Mae'r delweddau hyn o Archifau Prifysgol Cymru Y Drindod Dewi Sant (PCDDS) yn dangos dau ddosbarth cerddoriaeth ar bennau gwahanol y 1900au. Newid sylweddol iawn! These images from UWTSD Archives show two music classes at opposite ends of the 1900s. Quite the revolution! Mae'r ddelwedd hon @gwentarchives yn dangos trên o Gwmni Dociau a Rheilffordd Alexandra, eiliadau ar ôl iddo syrthio i lawr clawdd 32 troedfedd o uchder ger Gorsaf Basaleg. Roedd y trên newydd adael llinell Aberhonddu a Merthyr, cyn y dadreilio a arweiniodd at gladdu ei simne yng ngardd y maes hamdden cyfagos. This image from @GwentArchives shows a train from the Alexandra Docks & Railway Company, moments after it fell down a 32ft high bank near Bassaleg Station. The train had just left the Brecon and Merthyr line, prior to the derailment which resulted in its chimney being buried in the garden of the adjoining recreation ground. O Archifau Conwy, mae'r ddelwedd hon yn dangos athro a dau fyfyriwr mewn ystafell ddosbarth yn y 1950au. Tybed pa bwnc oedden nhw'n ei ddysgu?
