Open Doors at Denbighshire Archives: We will be highlighting our ‘Unlocking the Asylum’ project, a two year ‘Wellcome’ funded project to catalogue the records of the North Wales Hospital in DenbighThe day will include mini talks on ‘Women in the North Wales Asylum’ and ‘Work and Recreation: A look at daily life in the Asylum’. We have also created an exhibition of original documents and banners relating to different aspects of the hospital. Additionally, we will be hosting a photographic exhibition by Same but Different.
